    Many Poles live in USA, come back to visit their families and friends during holidays or in the summer, some bring their cars together with them. ;)
    This can also simply be a recently imported vehicle.
    Or actually an American citizen who decided to spend his vacations in Poland, after all it's a beautiful country.
    And being part of the EU means the US citizens don't need a visa to enter, like it's with Russia. :tong:
