Today I found this nicely modified EVO. He stood pretty far away from me. I noticed it quite by accident just because of the shining blue. When I saw him I immediately made U-turn like Steven (OPspotters) :) and found him. The photos are from phone so excuse the quality.

Despite having Evo 9 front and rear bumpers, this car is actually a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII

It also has IX front and back lights. SO maybe it's an IX with a VIII rear spoiler?
