@Cars.Spotting.Ita Yes I do, it is the abbreviation of 2023, the year which the temporary plate was issued. If I remember correctly, these plates can be on a car for six months, so since the introduction of the new Hungarian plate formula in 2022, every year there is a new color and number combination on the temporary plates. The first was 22 and it was yellow, for 23 it was blue (as seen here), and I haven't seen one for 2024 so I don't know what this year's color will be, but I guess soon cars with the number '24' will start showing up. ?
