I randomly caught sight of this beautiful iconic shiny maroon red Shelby Cobra at Applebee’s off of Highway 31 last evening after getting groceries at Kroger! I couldn’t hesitate to stop by for some pics as I love these cars and it’s not something I see often! Such a neat vehicle and the spec is just amazing. I’ve came across some epic specced Shelby Cobras and this is one of the best specs I’ve seen on one! Also very simple, but iconic classic interior! I can only imagine how exhilarating it is to drive one of these beasts! Such a contrast to the modern day sports cars and supercars!

Epic find! This shade of red along with the black stripes look so good. I have yet to catch one of these :(

Awesome spot! Applebees seems like a popular location. There was a 720s at mine but I didnt get photos :(

Outstanding catch, John. Years ago I had the opportunity to drive a ' Superformance ' version and I can honesty say that these are monsters. The drivers of this era were absolutely iron men to be able to drive these beasts on the edge, especially in a long distance endurance race. Awesome pics as well, buddy.
