I found this 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost parked at L'Escale on 11/14/2025 (photos 2, 3, 4 & 5) and again on 1/9/2026 (photos 1 & 6-10). I wonder if the owner got a ticket for the blackout plate and that's why it's a standard plate now.
