This spot is a great dilemma for me ! First it's registered in Luxembourg, it's in MC, it's a Mercedes SLR, and your photos are just BEAUTIFUL ! But, the aim of the SVDD is to crown a spot from THE day ... and not 4 month old photos ;-)
Anyway ! I give you my vote !

@Alex, well yeah but some people spot cars for years and don't know about AG.
Same goes for people that spot cars on vacation where they might not have a decent internet connection.
