I've seen this tennis ball/neon GLS 63 on Broadway just south of Times Square. It came as no surprise that the plates of this vehicle were from Florida. The plat itself reads HAXYU in Latin characters. These Latin characters look like certain cyrillic letters and spell something in Russian that I'm not going to translate here. But it's matching.

@Rivitography Just for science, "na khuy"'s literal translation would be "to/onto a/the d*ck". But it has every immaginable meaning depending on the context from "shit" to "f*ck off".
