I spotted this crazy Florida tag Bull at two locations. ( KGZT76 ) The first was in the valet at the Bal Harbor Shoppes. The second time was on Washington Ave in front of a restaurant called Baridol. A big shout goes out to @Jasper1 who caught the same car when he visited Miami for the first time.
