This is what I have chosen for Spot #2000. I could not believe my eyes when I found this 2011 Ferrari SA Aperta parked on Greenwich Avenue on 6/09/2018. This is 1 of only 80 built and is valued at around $1,200,000! This is owned by the same guy who owns the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Miura Edition I spotted awhile back and used to own the Maserati MC12 I spotted two years ago and used as Spot #1000. I will link both in the comments below. I have also spotted his Porsche 911R and Ferrari 458 Speciale which I will upload in the future. There are still several more cars I still need to spot from his collection including a Porsche Carrera GT, Porsche 918 Spyder, Ferrari F50, Ferrari LaFerrari and many many more. Hopefully I can find them within the next 1,000 spots (which I doubt will happen considering Greenwich isn't the supercar haven it used to be anymore). License plate: [C.O.R.O.O.] (NJ)

Amazing find! At a glance it looks like a 599 GTB or GTO, but you probably were so surprised to see this special edition that's worth over $1m. Great find and amazing shots! Bentley is nice as well.

@jasper1 I actually did an investigation on this on my Instagram a few weeks back. Greenwich hasn't been the hypercar haven it used to be lately. A lot of the owners have stopped bringing out their hypercars because they don't want the attention from spotters. People in Greenwich don't like to show off their wealth, or get a lot of attention, hence why all the cars in Greenwich are either black, white or grey. There would be people who would chase around the owners the second they bring out their cars (which I am sadly guilty of myself) and they don't like that. Also, taxes in Connecticut and New York have become so expensive that people are moving out of the area and fleeing to other, less expensive states. I haven't found one hypercar in Greenwich this entire summer, and I think it's the beginning of the demise of the car scene in Greenwich unfortunately. Some may agree with me, others won't.

@Rivitography see it this way: anyone can spot this in Beverly Hills, but when you encounter such a nice piece of art in an unexpected location, it makes the spot even more unique. It may sound strange but to have less supercars around is not always an horrible thing for a car fanatic. I live in London and I just don't pay attention to supercars anymore, unless it's something crazy like koenigsegg or stuff like that. I guess I kinda lost the magic feeling I used to have by seeing more "normal" supercars
