I spotted this F12 with Georgia tags ( RCK 7940 ) on two separate dates. The first time was in a strip mall off of Pharr Road in Buckhead and the second time was in the valet at Phipps Plaza.

@NCspotter. Hi Nick I wish you could of heard that Novitec Rosso F12 N-Largo I spotted last week she was a screamer even at low rpm. One day when college studies give you a little break hopefully you can catch many Ferrari V12's here in Atlanta.
