I first found this 2004 Bentley Continental GT turning onto Arch Street on 6/6/2020 (photo 2). I found it again parked on Greenwich Avenue on 9/12/2020 (photos 1 and 3-10). I don't see too many of these with the chrome wheels. Also, I wonder what the plate could mean...
