This was one of my first spots of last year, an R8 V10 with a proper gated manual transmission parked at CineBistro around lunchtime. The color is a little bland, but otherwise it looked well-driven, and I give the owner a ton of props for taking it out while there was salt on the roads.

Very cool! Lookds so much more badass than the V8 version even tho they only made a couple changes to the exterior! Nice find!

@thomcarspotter thanks! In my opinion, the first-gen V10 was the best-looking R8 Audi has produced so far. The new ones are faster, but I don't like the looks as much.

@NCspotter. Excellent detail shots Nick! The limited edition R8 GT version was my favorite model. I really love the new design, and I really hope that Audi makes a special edition just like that GT Edition I mentioned above. I hope your Saturday turned out well Brother?

@Horse-Power thanks buddy! I've not seen an R8 GT yet, although a GT Spyder has been spotted around Charlotte by others. I have somehow spotted an even rarer V10 Competition model. My favorite R8 has always been the first-gen V10 model with the six speed manual. The weather improved greatly and I did venture out to the grocery store today, but all I saw was a Continental GT which I didn't bother to snap any pics of. I hope your weekend is going well, and I'll talk with you later.

@NCspotter. Hi Nick. I did take advantage of the warmer weather as well this past weekend. I did catch a nice selection of cars so that made me a very happy spotter lol. Congrats on catching that R8 V10 competition model. I would love to see the shots of that car. Anyways Brother I will be looking out for your next post. ( Aventador S I hope )

@Horse-Power I don't have a lot of pics of the R8 Competition, so I am hoping I'll manage to catch it again. I did see another first-gen R8 V10 tonight, but I wasn't able to get any pics of it because it took me completely by surprised as it was driving in the other direction right near my neighborhood. I hardly ever see exotics in my immediate area and actually thought it was just an A7 at first, but then as it got closer I knew it was an R8. I posted that red Aventador recently, so I'll probably post a few other cars before I post another Lambo, but I'll definitely get the Aventador S posted here soon! In the meantime I'll try to post something tonight. Take care and have a great week.

@NCspotter. Hi Nick it looks like this up and coming weekend calls for rain here in Atlanta. Hopefully it changes I necer spot cars in the rain here. @Horse-Power that's interesting, for some reason I still manage to spot decent cars on rainy days, although it definitely does cut down on the number of nice cars out and about. A few weeks ago I saw a California after it had rained and snowed all day. Anyway, it has been a long time since I've posted a Ferrari on here, so I'll try to get one posted tonight.
