It would not surprise me that this car is owned by the president of the republic of Moldavia, one of the poorest countries in Eastern Europe.

[@joos straetmans] the 'MD" which is on the numberplate is a city in Austria, therefore it's registered in Austria and not in Moldova.

[@cevapcici] : thanks, you are right. The city is Mödling, in Nieder-Österreich, of which Bundesland the coat of arms is the same as on the licenseplate.
